An animated video introducing HeartChat and its multicultural mental health services.
Honouring those who gave us second chances. Their stories will never be forgotten through our memories. The idea is to deliver a way for uers to empathise with the stories of donors and receivers. Highlighting the need for organ donation to be considered to save the lives of many more.
